- Eligibility for Returns:
- Services: Services rendered cannot be returned. If you have concerns about a service provided, please contact us to discuss and resolve the issue.
- Products: Due to health and safety regulations, items such as medications, vaccines, and topicals cannot be returned after they have been dispensed and/or physically left the premises.
- Food:
- Hill’s – Guaranteed 100%.
- Royal Canine – 100% guaranteed up to 6 months past expiration date.
- Food Return Process: To initiate a return for products, please contact our customer support team at 805-656-2287 with your invoice number and reason for the return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Booking Fee Policy
We strive to provide high-quality care and services for your pets. To secure your appointment and ensure dedicated time for your pet’s needs, we require a non-refundable booking fee. Please review our policy details below:
- Booking Fee Requirement: A non-refundable booking fee of $65 is required at the time of scheduling your appointment.
This fee will be applied to your total service cost at the time of your visit. - Purpose of the Booking Fee: The booking fee helps us manage appointment scheduling and mitigate losses from last-minute cancellations and no-shows, allowing us to serve all our clients effectively.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
If you provide adequate notice, your booking fee will be credited toward your next appointment. If you fail to provide adequate notice or do not show up for your appointment, the fee will be forfeited. - Exceptions: In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
