Owner of 101 Pet Vet
Dr. Spence graduated from Ross University of Veterinary Medicine in 2009.
Background
Dr. Chris Spence took ownership of Bristol Animal Hospital June 2020. The practice was rebranded as 101 Pet Vet in December 2020 to reflect its convenient location off the 101 Freeway.
DR. ORLY YAACOV
Veterinarian
Graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2021.
Background
I’ve always been passionate about animals and becoming a veterinarian, was the natural step for me to take in life. I love that now my passion became a reality, and I’m dedicated to helping animals and their owners alike. On my free time I enjoy music, movies, my family, and spending time with my Caribbean dog, Winchester.
AMY SPENCE
Veterinary Administrator
Dr. Spence’s wife Amy, graduated from Cal Poly with a Bachelor’s in Animal Science.
Amy has served as an Administrative Director for non-profits such as Animals In Need and the Central Coast Greenhouse Growers Association. Amy spent 6 years as horse trainer at Cambridge Equestrian Center in Santa Maria, CA. At 101 Pet Vet Amy utilizes her experience as a Veterinary Administrator. She enjoys spending time with her three kids (Bradley, Zachery, and Amber), two cats (Sully and Maximus), Belgian Milionis (Bear), and riding her horse (Jack).
KASSANDRA ROSALES
Pharmacy Technician
Kassandra graduated from Charter College Veterinary Assistant Program in 2016.
Kassandra has volunteered extensively at animal shelters and worked for a reputable dog breeder before deciding to further her career in the veterinary medicine. Kassandra graduated from Charter College in 2016 and joined the 101 pet Vet team in 2018. Kassandra is a testament to her fear-free training and is excellent at handling dogs and cats in a way that makes them comfortable at the hospital. Kassandra enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, two dogs, and three cats.
JACKALINE GUZMAN
Veterinary Assistant
Jackaline Guzman graduated from Charter College Veterinary Assistant Program in 2018. She has worked at an animal shelter where she worked with many different animals. Jackaline is studying biology with the intent to transfer to Vet School. On her time off she enjoys spending time with her daughter, dog, and cat.
